So this is officially my first post on Fox Frenzzy ( yes i realize that 'Frenzy' is misspelled. SUCK IT HAtERS! ). I think this is the start of a better me. I went to my first session of therapy yesterday, and i'd say that it went pretty well. Dr. Parris is extremely nice and curses during our sessions ( which i absolutely love about her ^_^). It's like she's not afraid to say what's on her mind. She doesn't worry about the "right" or "socially acceptable" thing to say. Now bloggers, i'm not going to go into detail about what we talked about, that would be an invasion of both of our privacies, but i am going to say that that first session helped me so much. We came to the conclusion that a substitution for smoking illegal substances was needed. That's where running came into play. I am going to start (try) running everyday at Tribble Mill. This will be good for my body and my mind. I can already tell i'm going to have a great outcome from this experience, and i'm so excited to start it :)
